This Tadelakt Polishing Pebble/Stone – SECONDS are the perfect imperfect stone for polishing Fine Finish Plasters and  Tadelakt!

Polishing stones need to have a low surface area which offers optimal Tadelakt compression.

These stones are seconds, which means they may have slight pitting on the stone surface. Generally they have one perfect side for finishing. These stones are random sizes. 

*A note about Tadelakt Polishing Pebble/Stone selection: The idea behind using a stone to finish Tadelakt is to put as much pressure onto the Tadelakt as possible. Using a smaller stone, although it takes longer, will give the installer a higher psi (pounds per square inch) than a large stone does. Larger stones are often appealing because you can get more square footage done. But you do not get the higher rate of compression that a small stone offers. To get the same psi on a larger stone it requires much more strength than to achieve the same psi using a smaller stone.
